ELSOZO Antimicrobial is an Antimicrobial Non-Leaching material, meaning that the ELSOZO material is bonded to the surface and becomes a protective layer against incoming microbes.
Other Sanitary Materials, generally are Antimicrobial Leaching types, which are mobile / unbound. This type
it only kills microbes at that point in time, but does not protect it in the long term.
ELSOZO Antimicrobial is made with a formulation from the AEGIS Microbe Shield-USA Microban. This raw material has been registered with the EPA-USA Agency (Environment Protection Agency) and is included in Category IV, which is very safe to use. This raw material has been marketed globally for 42 years, and has received a Free Sale Certificate.
ELSOZO Antimicrobial is a material that effectively kills microbes, namely: bacteria, viruses, fungi, algae through the principle of ELECTROCUTION (Cation-Anion Attraction).
The Covid-19 virus (SARS Co-19) is an enveloped virus, which is a membrane-bound virus. With the same working principle, ELSOZO Antimicrobial will kill all types of microbes. Below is a list of types of bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae that have been tested in the laboratory.
ELSOZO Antimicrobial application is a coating (placing a thin layer / micro polymers) on the surface. The Silane group of ELSOZO will bind to the surface. For ELSOZO Hand Sanitizer, it attaches to the layer of dead skin (cuticle) on the palms of the hands. ELSOZO Hand Sanitizer acts as a hand protector for 24 hours and is released along with the dead skin cells (cuticles).
Alcohol is a strong solvent and penetrates into the lower layers of the epidermis, and helps destroy the “good microoranisms” that are essential for the health of our skin.
Alcohol makes skin dry and irritated. Meanwhile, ELSOZO Hand Sanitizer only works at the top layer of the skin and kills microbial contamination without killing the “microorganisms” that inhabit the skin of the hands.
- ELSOZO Antimicrobial provides protection from microbes, namely: bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae.
- Prevent transmission of disease outbreaks
- Eliminates foul odors due to the presence of microbes
- Prevent damage to goods from microbial contamination from the surrounding environment
- In general, it makes our life more hygienic and fresher
ELSOZO Antimicrobial kills microbes physically with the working principle of ELECTROCUTION.
In this way, ELSOZO Antimicrobial does not cause microbes to adapt (make microbes) stronger. ELSOZO Antimicrobial raw material has been registered with the EPA-USA Agency.
ELSOZO Antimicrobial raw material comes from AEGIS Microbe Shield-USA where this material, namely Silane Quat, has been registered with EPA-USA, with Category IV which means a very safe material. In addition, AEGIS Microbe Shield-USA also has data about the safety of this product, namely TOXICITY Data, namely: LD50 (Lethal Dose 50) which is a measure of the level of poisoning.
LD 50 AEM 5700: 12.27 gr / kg body weight (ELSOZO Raw Material) as a comparison LD 50 Nacl (Kitchen Salt): 3gr / kg body weight, meaning that AEM 5700 (ELSOZO raw material) is 4 times safer than Kitchen Salt, whereas ELSOZO Antimicrobial only uses less than 1% AEM 5700.
ELSOZO Antimicrobial only adheres to the top surface of the dead skin cells, namely the cuticle, to continue releasing together with the cuticle cells within 24 hours
Based on the AEGIS Microbe Shield clinical trial data, it is listed as follows:
- ELSOZO Antimicrobial is not absorbed into the skin (only bound to the top surface)
- Does not cause skin irritation
- Does not cause negative effects on skin if used repeatedly
ELSOZO is a micro-polymer. In its application, ELSOZO is sprayed on the surface of goods / objects. The spray tool used to spread droplets with very fine sizes, namely 20-40 microns. So that ELSOZO will be a very thin layer.
We have never encountered any damage to goods / objects. ELSOZO Antimicrobial can be applied to the surface of walls, textiles, wood, metal, glass, plastics, ceramics, etc. For clear, spot glass surfaces, the spraying process is only short to avoid a blurry effect.
ELSOZO Antimicrobial based on Silane Quat from AEGIS Microbe Shield-USA with the chemical formula: [3- (trimethoxysilyl) propyloctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride] while the alcohol ingredient is Ethanol with the chemical formula: RCH2OH
ELSOZO Antimicrobial bound to the surface of objects, such as sharp swords, becomes a protection / defense against incoming microbes. ELSOZO is charged + (cationic), microbes with charge – (anionic) will be attracted by the principle of ELECTROCUTION and then physically embedded in the “sword layer” ELSOZO.
